What products does FYMORE specialize in?
We specialize in natural wellness & physiotherapy tools including jade rollers, gua sha boards, silicone cupping sets, moxa sticks, massage balls, silk eye masks, and custom private label solutions for global distributors.
Do you support OEM & private label service?
Yes! We provide full OEM & ODM services including custom logo, packaging, material, and product design. We help brands build their own professional line with low MOQ and fast delivery.
What is your MOQ for wholesale orders?
Our MOQ is flexible for new partners: generally 50–100pcs per model for standard products, and 200–500pcs for custom private label orders. We support small trial orders to test market feedback.
How long is the production & delivery time?
Standard in-stock items ship within 3–7 working days. Custom OEM orders usually take 15–25 working days depending on design, quantity, and packaging requirements.
Is the natural jade & materials 100% original?
All our jade stones are 100% natural Xiuyan jade. Silicone products are food-grade, and all materials meet international safety standards. We can provide material certifications and third-party test reports.
Can I get free samples before ordering?
We generally do not offer free samples for new clients. For long-term regular customers, we may provide free samples based on actual situations, while shipping fees shall be borne by the buyer. For custom samples, a small fee is required and will be refunded after bulk orders.
What shipping methods do you provide?
We support DHL, FedEx, UPS, sea shipping, and air shipping. We can ship to your warehouse, Amazon FBA, or any designated address worldwide with safe and economical logistics solutions.
How do you ensure product quality control?
We conduct 3-time inspections: raw material checking, production sampling, and final finished product testing before shipment. We only ship qualified products with full quality control records.
What payment methods do you accept? What are your payment terms?
We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and other major credit cards, as well as T/T (Telegraphic Transfer / Wire Transfer).

Payment Terms: We only accept 100% advance payment for all orders. Orders will be processed and shipped only after full payment is received and confirmed.
How to place an order?
For sample orders (up to 5 units), please place your order directly on our website.
For small orders (less than 100 units), please send us product SKUs and quantities. We will suggest suitable shipping options and email you the shipping quote and commercial invoice. Shipment will be arranged right after payment is confirmed.

How is the shipping cost calculated?
We provide both air freight and sea freight for orders of all sizes. We work closely with professional international logistics partners to secure favorable rates, and we do not mark up shipping fees. Please share your product SKUs and order quantities, and we will calculate exact shipping costs for you.
What about the import process?
If you have your own customs broker or freight forwarder in China, we will deliver the goods directly to them from our factory.
If your customs team is based in your home country, we will handle all domestic logistics and export formalities in China, and deliver the goods safely to your local customs authority. We will also provide invoices and all necessary documents to support your customs declaration. All procedures after goods arrive at local customs will be handled by your side.
I’m new to buying from China. What logistics solutions do you offer?
DDP Service (for individual buyers & small orders):
We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service. Goods will be delivered directly to your warehouse. All duties and taxes are prepaid by us, so no extra payment is required on your end.

For business clients with EIN (US) or VAT & EORI (Europe):
You may use your own tax documents for customs clearance. We take care of export and international transportation.
European businesses can use VAT deferment with your own VAT number to claim tax deductions. US companies can list tariffs as business costs with official customs documents.
